In a shrinking world with too many choices, rambling Mumbai is the setting for this rambling Bollywood melodrama. Rahul is an ambitious call centre executive in love with his boss, Neha. Also in love with Neha is the unhappily married Ranjeet – unhappy to the point that he neglects his wife, Shikha, and six-year-old son. The bored Shikha falls for artist Akash, and her sister Shruti is a 30-year-old engaged virgin in love with a gay man.
